Yesterday’s video which showed an amazing 110 degree F temperature fall when a laser thermometer was pointed in the direction of the moon, has been dismissed as measuring the upper parts of the atmosphere. I explain here how that is 100% impossible to do with a laser thermometer which I used. At best, I could expect maybe some hundreds of feet but the ratio of the distance to measured object would render that invalid. There are considerations such as the ratio and also the DENSITY altitude and adiabatic lapse rates which need to be considered for this experiment. Once these are considered – the test is quite valid and can be explained as to why it actually works. The moon cools – 100% positive – no doubt about it.
